Terra has been instrumental in the start up of Cella Consulting, and in the past 10 years, has been responsible for leading the strategic growth initiatives for The BOSS Group, growing revenues by more than 500% and helping the company gain recognition as one of America’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Staffing Firms in 2007.
